FAQs

About IV Therapy

What is IV therapy?

IV therapy involves administering vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients directly into the bloodstream. This method ensures rapid absorption and can help improve hydration, energy levels, and overall wellness. It is a safe and effective way to support your health.

Who can benefit?

Individuals seeking to enhance their wellness, boost energy, or recover from illness can benefit from IV therapy. It is particularly useful for athletes, busy professionals, and those with specific health concerns. A personalized assessment will determine the best approach for you.

How long does it take?

Most IV therapy sessions last between 30 to 60 minutes, depending on the treatment plan. This allows for a comfortable and relaxing experience while you receive your nutrients. Our team ensures that you are well taken care of throughout the process.

Is it safe?

Yes, our IV therapy is administered by qualified healthcare professionals in a safe environment. We conduct thorough assessments to tailor treatments to your specific needs.

Your safety and comfort are our top priorities.

How often do you recommend treatments for optimal results?

Depending on the specific IV therapy being administered, it is recommended that the initial treatment be received weekly for a duration of four weeks, followed by monthly sessions for maintenance.

About Laser Therapy

What is laser therapy?

Laser therapy uses focused light energy to target specific skin concerns such as sun damage, redness, pigmentation, fine lines, or scarring. It works by stimulating collagen production and encouraging the skin to renew itself.

What is diode laser hair removal?

Diode laser hair removal uses a concentrated beam of light that targets the pigment in hair follicles. The heat from the laser damages the follicle, slowing or stopping future hair growth — leaving your skin smoother over time.

What does the treatment feel like?

Most people describe it as a quick snap of a rubber band or a warm sensation on the skin. Cooling or numbing are often used to make the treatment more tolerable.

What should I do after the treatment?

For IPL (Intense Pulsed Light), downtime is usually minimal to none compared to stronger resurfacing lasers. Most people can return to normal activities right away and even wear makeup the next day if desired.

Is there downtime for E-light treatments?

Depending on your skin type, some improvements may be visible after one session, but results typically build gradually over a few weeks as your skin regenerates and collagen develops.

Is there downtime for laser hair removal?

No significant downtime. You may notice slight redness or swelling in the treated area for a few hours, but this usually subsides quickly.

When do I see results?

Depending on your skin type, some improvements may be visible after one session, but results typically build gradually over a few weeks as your skin regenerates and collagen develops.

Booking and Cancelling

How do I book?

To schedule your session, please reach out to us directly via phone 403-307-8128. Our team is dedicated to assisting you in beginning your wellness journey.

We require a 50% booking fee to hold the appointment (e.g. if you book a treatment worth $199, you will have to pay $100 to secure your spot). This 50% booking fee will be applied as a credit towards your scheduled service or therapy.

Client must pay upon booking.

How can I pay my booking deposit?

We accept deposits via:

  • Email Money Transfer (EFT).
  • Credit or Debit Card (subject to a 5% processing and administrative fee is issued).

For your convenience and to avoid potential fees, we recommend paying by email transfer unless you are certain you can attend your appointment.

Do you allow walk-ins, or is an appointment necessary?

By appointment only.

An initial consultation is highly recommended for all clients. The consultation includes:

  • A medical assessment and screening.
  • Review and completion of consent forms.
  • Personalized treatment recommendations.
Do you charge a consultation fee?

Yes. We charge a $40 fee for initial consultations.

Booking for a consultation is 50% as well ($20) and will go towards the full consultation fee. This covers the professional time of our nurse and is for consultation only — no treatments are performed during this consultation visit unless you're eligible.

Because not all clients are candidates for treatment after assessment, the consultation fee ensures our nurses are compensated for their professional time and expertise.

Do I need to repeat the consultation every year?

Yes.

All clients require an annual consultation to:

  • Update medical history.
  • Renew prescriptions.
  • Complete new consent forms.
This ensures we deliver safe and effective care tailored to your current health status.
If I’m a returning client, do I still pay a deposit?

Yes.

The 50% booking deposit is required for all appointments, including returning clients.

This policy helps us:

  • Reserve your time.
  • Order and prepare medications (many have strict use-by times).
  • Minimize losses if appointments are missed.
What is your cancellation policy and late policy?

Appointments are in high demand, so we kindly ask that you cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to someone else seeking care.

A 50% booking deposit is required for all appointments — including IV therapy, injectables, consultations, and follow-up treatments. This deposit secures your appointment time and helps cover the preparation of medications and supplies that are specifically ordered for each client.

If you cancel or reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice, your deposit is fully refundable or can be applied to a future appointment. If you paid by credit or debit card, a 5% processing fee will be deducted from any refund.

If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, your deposit will be forfeited.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, this is considered a no-show, and the cancellation fee applies.
